Eric P. Straus - President & CEO
Eric Straus built a group of ten radio stations in the Hudson Valley (New York) market, which was sold to Clear Channel Communications in the Fall of 2000. Under his ownership and management, the company's value increased 20-fold in eleven years.

Straus was previously Senior Vice President at Henry Ansbacher, Inc. , which specialized in media company mergers and acquisitions. During his tenure at Ansbacher, he arranged for and brokered the sale of fourteen media companies.

Stephen J. Bywater - Chief Technology Officer
Prior to joining RHWC, Steve was Operations Manager at Cambridge Web Solutions where he conceived, proposed, designed and developed e-commerce solutions for a diverse group of businesses. It was here that he coded the first site in the RHW network: HudsonValleyHelpWanted.com.

Steve Bywater was formerly a Producer for the portal iWon.com. His projects there included parameterized sight design to affect rapid look-and-feel changes; redesign of News and Computers and Technology sections; iWon Today; and optimization. Prior to that he was a Producer for OnMoney.com which was a division of Ameritrade. Steve is a graduate of the University of Central Florida.

Debra Schwartz - Treasurer & Chief Financial Officer
Debbie Schwartz, CPA/MBA, has over nineteen years experience in the corporate finance arena including treasury, debt and equity financing and relations, budgeting, S-1 preparation, corporate reporting and analysis. Debbie is former CFO of Straus Media Group. She has been a financial consultant for many clients. Her responsibilities included the set up and implementation of accounting systems and preparation of private placement memoranda and business contracts.

From 1986 to 1997, Debbie was Vice President & Treasurer for Interep National Radio Sales (NASDAQ:IREP), the nation's largest radio representation firm.

William M. Cloutier - Executive VP & Director of Sales
Cloutier was formerly a Vice President & General Manager for Entercom Communications Corporation (NYSE:ETM). During his eight-year tenure, the cash flow of the properties under his management quadrupled. Prior to Entercom, Cloutier managed radio stations in seven different markets for Infinity Broadcasting, Heritage Media Corporation and Fuller-Jeffrey Broadcasting Companies. Cloutier has also acted as a sales and management consultant to the radio broadcasting industry.
